Diesel Technician

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience diagnosing and repairing over-the-road diesel trucks and trailers. Minimum of three years of diesel repair experience required. 

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair over-the-road diesel trucks and trailers. 
• Perform preventive maintenance services.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, clutches, brakes, suspension, exhaust, and drivetrain systems. 
• Perform DOT inspections. 
• Diagnose, repair, and adjust air brake systems. 
• Mount and dismount heavy-duty truck and trailer components. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of diesel repair experience. 
• Experience using diagnostic software. 
• Working knowledge of:
  • Cummins Insite 
  • CAT ET 
  • Paccar diagnostic systems 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
